The Paraplanner Role:

You'll be central to the delivery of first-class financial advice, providing technical research and report writing support to a team of Independent Financial Advisers. From pensions and investments through to complex estate planning scenarios, the paraplanner role offers broad exposure and the chance to continually grow your technical expertise.

Day to day tasks:

• Conducting in-depth technical research to support advisers with their recommendations.
• Gathering, analysing and comparing client financial details to create clear, tailored solutions.
• Drafting well-structured and compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments and protection.
• Contributing ideas to improve processes and raise standards within the team.
• Working collaboratively with wider paraplanning team, administrators and advisers.

About You:

• Experience in a technical paraplanning or hybrid paraplanning/ admin role, ideally within an IFA or wealth management environment.
• Strong knowledge of pension and investment products.
• Ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards this).
• Detail-driven with excellent communication skills and a proactive team approach.
