Job Description

Amass Technology's client is looking for an Salesforce Application Support Analyst who has previously worked in asset finance.

This opportunity is a hybrid contract (2 days per week in office) role to start ASAP.

As an Application Specialist, you'll act as the bridge between business teams and IT experts troubleshooting issues, analysing system behaviour, and helping drive enhancements to improve performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and expertise to a number of internal applications, with a focus on Salesforce
  • Ensure business applications meet operational requirements and deliver optimal functionality.
  • Configure, maintain, and support applications to enhance business processes and user experience.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and resolution of incidents, anomalies, and support requests raised by key users.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce CRM related issues.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Hands-on experience in application support with a strong focus on Salesforce
  • Good experience supporting API's.
  • Previous experience working in international and multicultural environments with remote teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to information management
  • Understanding of web APIs and associated tools recommended: HTTP, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, Postman, SOAP UI, monitoring tools (Kibana, Splunk)
  • Experience with application management tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar.
