Senior Financial Planner - Bracknell

Salary: £85,000 - £100,000+

Location: Bracknell (Hybrid working available)

Type: Full-time

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading national wealth management firm seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Financial Planner to join their established Bracknell office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing adviser who thrives on business development and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be confident generating new business, expanding their client base, and delivering outstanding holistic advice to a diverse portfolio of HNW clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate and convert new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and professional partnerships.
  • Manage and develop an existing client portfolio while delivering comprehensive financial planning across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the investment management team to provide a seamless client experience.
  • Contribute to the wider business plan and regional growth strategy.
  • Maintain fully compliant and up-to-date client files at all times.

About You:

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified (Chartered or working towards Level 6 preferred).
  • Proven success in attracting and developing new clients while maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness and a client-first mindset.
  • Able to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and deliver advice on a fee basis.
