Operations Manager required for a global brand based in Trafford Centre. This is a key role in this flagship store, and the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the highest standards across all the operational areas of the store.

• Lead all store operations including stockroom, cash desk, and compliance.
• Manage inventory flow, replenishment, and visual standards.
• Coaching & team development.
• Lead from the front and inspire the store team to achieve and drive results.
• Drive operational KPIs
• Champion health & safety and operational best practice
