What You'll Be Doing:

Depending on your training and team placement, you'll be working in one of the following roles:

Blendtech Mixing Machine Operator - Adding pre-weighed ingredients into large-scale mixers and ensuring correct product preparation
Batter & Crumb Operator - Lifting 25kg sacks of crumb into machines and monitoring production
Ingredient Weigher - Accurately weighing powders and ingredients for batches
Frozen Meat Cutter - Cutting frozen meat logs for processing

All roles involve manual handling (lifting up to 25kg intermittently) - similar to lifting a sack of supermarket rice.

Language & Physical Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must be able to:

• Speak, read, write, and understand good English

• Lift up to 25kg intermittently throughout your shift

Your Shift Pattern:

Fixed Roster: Wednesday to Sunday

• Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 06:00-16:00

• Weekends (Sat-Sun): 06:00-18:00

Pay & Benefits:

• Basic Pay: 12.31/hour

• Overtime Pay: 18.47/hour

• Weekly Pay: Every Friday

• Free Onsite Canteen
