They are on the lookout for a talented Conservation Architect to hit the ground running for their team in their Nottingham studio.

Duties for the role of Conservation Architect include:

• Produce feasibility works to bring existing listed buildings back into use
• Take the lead on a range of projects from concept through to completion
• Carry out site visits and contract administration
• Act as the lead design consultant and liaise with clients

Skills and experience for the role of Conservation Architect:

• AABC accreditation
• Strong post Part 3 qualification experience as a Conservation Architect within a UK practice
• Proficient with Vectorworks
• Strong technical understanding of various construction types
• Job running experience
• Excellent design and drawing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Nottingham area
