Sewing Machinist

Reliable Recruit are looking to hire a Sewing Machinist for a temp to perm role at their manufacturing and distribution site in Trafford Park

The work will involve:

• Overlock and Flatbed work
• Trimming
• Upholstery work for Cushions and Sofas
• Producing Cushions and other fabric products for indoor and outdoor furniture
• Attention to Detail and General Housekeeping

The working times and pay:

• Monday to Friday
• 12.50 - 14.00 p/h dependant on experience and training needed
• 40 hours per week
• 06:00-14:00, 07:00-15:00 or 08:00-16:00, flexible to suit needs
• 12 week temp to perm opportunity

Skills/Experience Needed:

• Previous experience on Overlocking or Flatbed Sewing Machines essential
• Experience on Automatic/Walking Foot Machines preferred
• Upholstery experience an advantage
• Experience dealing with different fabrics and materials and preferably working on cushions and furniture
