Our client, a leading aerospace manufacturer, is looking for a Small Intricate Assembly Operative to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong fine assembly skills to work in a high-tech, precision-driven aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly of small, intricate aerospace indicator components to detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Use of microscopes, hand tools, and precision measuring equipment.
• Carrying out fine soldering, wiring, crimping, and bonding tasks.
• In-process inspection and testing to strict aerospace standards.
• Accurate completion of production and quality documentation.
• Adherence to ESD, cleanroom, and health & safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in aerospace, defence, electronics, or medical device assembly.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to work with very small, detailed parts.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Experience with soldering, wiring, or micro-assembly (IPC standards desirable).
• Knowledge of aerospace quality systems (AS9100, ISO, IPC).
• Reliable, quality-focused, and a good team player.
