Carry out grinding, fettling, or minor fabrication as needed to complete parts. Follow all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work area and tools. Report any defects, equipment faults, or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly. Key Skills / Experience : Proven experience as a MIG Welder, ideally in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Welding 3mm 5mm sheet plate, and section. Confident in the use of hand tools. Can work in a team, or individually. Can work to CAD drawings (to a tolerance of 1mm). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Basic fabrication skills including grinding, tacking, and assembly. Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices.
