Out of Court Resolution (OOCR) Supervisor

We're seeking a proactive and reflective Out of Court Resolution Supervisor to provide operational support and case supervision to a team working with low-level offenders. You'll help ensure interventions are proportionate, person-centred, and effective in reducing reoffending.
