PR: Senior Account Director - Consumer Lifestyle, Food & Drink

My client, an award-winning boutique PR agency specialising in consumer lifestyle, food and drink, is looking for a dynamic Senior Account Director to join their senior leadership team.

The Role:

• Senior Account Director
• Salary: Up to £60,000
• Location: London - hybrid (3 days in office)

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as a key client lead, ensuring objectives are not just met but exceeded.
• Developing bold, creative strategies that secure coverage and drive talkability.
• Guiding and mentoring a talented team of account managers and execs, empowering them to grow.
• Bringing your own media and influencer connections into play, while helping the team build theirs.
• Spotting organic growth opportunities and getting involved in new business pitches.
• Ensuring smooth delivery across projects with a sharp eye for detail, budgets, and deadlines.

What they're looking for:

• An established Senior Account Director or strong Account Director (18+ months) ready to step up.
• Proven experience running high-profile consumer PR campaigns in food, drink or lifestyle sectors.
• A natural leader who thrives on collaboration, mentoring and bringing out the best in their team.
• Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and flawless writing skills.
• Digitally and socially literate, with hands-on influencer campaign experience.
