40,000 - 60,000 (DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE)
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a firm who are looking to hire a Licensed Conveyancer to join their growing team!
The Role: Licenced Conveyancer
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full conveyancing process, from inception to completion
- 70% probate sales
- Manage 25-35 cases
About You
This role is ideal for someone who is 5 years PQE and is looking to gain valuable skills:
- ESSENTIAL - 5 YEARS PQE, STEP QUALIFICATION OR CLC
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Experience within this field is essential
