Job Title: Tutors for Non-School Attenders

Location: Home-based, libraries, or local centres across the North West

Working Hours: Flexible days and hours between Monday to Friday - 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. You pick your hours and days of work.

Role Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and passionate tutors to join our team. As part of our service, you will be working directly with students in their homes, local libraries, or community centres, helping them access education outside of the traditional school setting. You will play a vital role in delivering engaging and effective lessons, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment as a tutor who makes a real difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-on-one tuition to students who are unable to attend school
  • Plan and implement tailored learning programs based on individual student needs and abilities
  • Provide a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to both students and parents
  • Write weekly progress reports on pupils' attendance and achievements during sessions
  • Work during school hours, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher or experienced tutor
  • Passion for education and helping students overcome challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and committed to helping students achieve their academic goals
  • Enhanced DBS check required (we will assist with this process)
