Our client is a pig production company passionate about breeding and nurturing the best pigs in the country. One of the largest food producers in Britain.
Job Responsibilities:
Work across all areas of the pig cycle on one of our units
Daily duties include feeding, moving, and handling pigs
Maintain the condition, hygiene, and appearance of the farming unit
Ensure animal welfare standards are always met
What We re Looking For:
Hardworking, reliable, and committed individuals who want to build a long-term career in pig farming
Self-motivated, flexible team players with excellent timekeeping
Previous agricultural/pig experience is desirable, but not essential the right work ethic and attitude are most important
Willingness to learn and progress within the business
Important:

Pay & Benefits:
£28,571.40 £30,000 per annum (DOE)
Bonus potential of up to £1,500 per annum (quarterly payments)
Performance bonus
Monday to Friday + alternate weekends (45 hours/week)
