Arranging Service Department bookings.
Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans

Skills and Qualifications of a Service Advisor
Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor within a Main Car Dealership
Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
Previous experience Upselling
MUST HAVE Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
