A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our Manufacturing Support Team and apply your expertise to in-house testing of Lincoln small gas turbine products. You lead and assist root cause analysis for unsuccessful engine tests and support the new engine build line with practical problem-solving. You assess manufacturing deviations, write clear test-related technical reports and work instructions, and drive continuous improvement across the test support team and departmental processes. You stay flexible to support the test programme when needed.
How You'll Make an Impact
- You provide hands-on technical support for in-house testing to resolve test issues quickly.
- You lead and assist root cause analysis, capturing clear event timelines and data for future fault tree analysis.
- You support the new engine build line, addressing build concerns and manufacturing deviations early.
- You turn findings into action by writing clear test reports and work instructions.
- You champion continuous improvement across test support and departmental processes.
What You Bring
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of core gas turbine operation and experience testing gas turbines
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork; you work autonomously while supporting others.
- Solid data analysis and interpretation skills; familiarity with pyrometry and vibration theory is an advantage.
- Ability to write clear technical work instructions and read engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonisation opportunities through service offerings, modernisation, and digitalisation of the fleet.
