Job Summary and key responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized individual to join our team as an Mortgage Administrator - Case Handler.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our high-performing Mortgage Advisors, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. You will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings, all while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour. Effective communication skills are paramount as you will be liaising with mortgage lenders, clients, and various departments within the business. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team's success and play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Key Responsibilities:
