They also provide general building services-plumbing, joinery, flooring, roofing, and drainage-both as reactive maintenance and project works across the commercial, retail, and leisure sectors.Our client is hiring a standout Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of FM contracts and projects, driving service excellence across reactive and planned works.As the Electrical Project Manager, you'll coordinate day-to-day operations, lead site teams and selected subcontractors, and ensure KPIs/SLAs are consistently achieved. Reporting to the Operations Manager and working closely with clients, the Electrical Project Manager will champion innovation, cost savings, and absolute compliance. This is ideal for a hands-on electrician ready to step into management-an Electrical Project Manager role where your trade background really counts.What you'll do

  • As the Electrical Project Manager, run multiple FM contracts (reactive & project works) end-to-end.
  • Manage onsite engineers and subcontractors, embedding best-practice H&S and statutory compliance.
  • Track performance, meet KPIs/SLAs, and produce clear client reporting.
  • Drive efficiencies, continuous improvement, and value engineering across portfolios.
  • Collaborate with other contract leads to balance resources and deliverables.
  • Act as the Electrical Project Manager point of contact for clients-proactive, solutions-focused, and accountable.

What you'll bring

  • City & Guilds Electrical Level 3 and 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent.
  • Desirable (not essential): ECS Gold Card, SMSTS/SSSTS, IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH Certificate.
  • Professional memberships welcome: CIBSE / IMechE / IET / BIFM (desirable, not essential).
  • 5+ years' electrical experience (preferred) and readiness to step into an Electrical Project Manager capacity.
  • A collaborative style and confidence to lead as an Electrical Project Manager across busy, multi-site environments.
