Pensions Administrator Trainee
Join us as a Pensions Administrator in Isio's brand new Pensions Administration Training Academy in Belfast.
This is a permanent role and a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who are ready to learn and grow. Over the first 12 months, you'll receive structured training through a programme of classroom sessions, hands-on experience, and dedicated mentorship. You'll become part of a supportive team, learning how to process pension scheme transactions, respond to member (customer) queries, and manage data - all while building your knowledge of UK pension regulations and member services.
This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in pensions, with a passion for problem-solving, teamwork, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The start date for our Academy will be Monday 5th January 2026 and you will be based in our Belfast City Centre office. Office attendance will be a minimum of 4 set days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) allowing you flexibility to work from home on a Wednesday.
