Job Description

INT Estates are recruiting for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at a hotel located in Suffolk with a New Restaurant launch.

As the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes for the hotel's guests.

Chef de Partie Annual Salary : from £27,000 (based on experience)

Chef de Partie Responsibilities

Take responsibility for the preparation and cooking of high-quality breakfast service.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef during dinner service as required.
Maintain consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation, and portion control.
Ensure compliance with food hygiene, allergen awareness, and health and safety standards at all times.
Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and fully stocked for both breakfast and dinner service.
Assist with stock control, deliveries, and rotation, ensuring ingredients are fresh and waste is minimised.
Contribute ideas for menu development and continuous improvement of guest satisfaction.

Chef de Partie Requirements

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Breakfast Chef, or in a similar professional kitchen role.
Ability to work independently during breakfast service and flexibly as part of a team at dinner.
Good knowledge of food hygiene, allergen procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail under pressure.
A positive, professional attitude and genuine passion for food and hospitality.
