Summary
NG Bailey Facilities Services are currently recruiting a General Maintenance Operative to deliver planned and reactive maintenance at Bio City Nottingham, which is a technical Science Park.
Service delivery is of the highest standard with utmost regard for customer service, the successful candidate being able to demonstrate experience within the facilities services sector in similar customer facing environments.
This is a Monday to Friday 40-hour week, although it is envisaged Start /Finish Times will be flexible to allow for working in tenanted areas and to provide onsite cover to meet contractual obligations. Some weekend working will be required from time to time. Onsite Parking Available - Call Out Rota is 1 in 4
