Full time Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

£42,000 - £45,000 plus overtime and private healthcare and benefits

We're looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at an iconic site at 1 Finsbury Avenue

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

• Carrying out electrical and mechanical PPMs, fault finding, and repairs
• Supporting a safe, efficient, and compliant building services environment
• Working closely with the client to deliver excellent service
• Supervising subcontractors and ensuring H&S standards are met
• Completing documentation and job sheets to a high standard

What we're looking for:

• NVQ Level 2-3 (Electrical Discipline or City and Guilds equivalent)
• 18th Edition
• AM2 would be advantageous
• Capable of undertaking Remedial and Reactive Repairs with minimal supervision.
• IOSH Working / Managing Safely (Desirable)
• Safe system of Work Procedure - PTW; RAMS etc (Desirable)
• L8 Training (Desirable)
