A leading UK Pensions Consultancy who have won multiple awards in 2025 for excellence and being a leader in their field are looking to recruit a Technial Specialist into their transitions department. The role will manage the analysis, migration and transformation of scheme data alongside testing of systems and calculations to ensure a streamlined transition.

Specifics of the role will include -

• Take an active lead on data migration requirements for pension scheme transitions.
• Configure, test and automate calculations into the administration systems.
• Help shape migration and data analysis tools to deliver improved services to clients.
• Complete data audits and reconciliation, identifying and resolving any issues or anomalies
• Provide clients, colleagues and stakeholders with clear concise commentary, helping them understand complex information
• Deliver against project plans ensuring quality, timescale and budgets are met.
• Plan an active part in contributing to the development of the department. Work positively in a collaborative working environment.
