Pay Rates: - 6am-2pm: £13.00 per hour
- 8am-8pm (4 on 4 off): £13.00 per hour
- 2pm-10pm: £13.94 per hour
- 10pm-6am: £15.20 per hour

About the Role: We are seeking skilled Counterbalance (C/B) or Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy warehouse team in Wellesbourne (CV35). Multiple shift patterns are available, so you can choose the option that best fits your schedule. Immediate starts are available for the right candidates.
Available Shifts: - 6am-2pm
- 8am-8pm (4 on 4 off)
- 2pm-10pm
- 10pm-6am
Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate Counterbalance or Reach trucks
- Move, stack, and organise stock and materials
- Load and unload vehicles
- Support general warehouse operations
- Maintain health & safety standards at all times
Requirements: - Valid Counterbalance or Reach truck licence
- Previous experience operating FLT in a warehouse environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable and punctual
