Associate Commissioning Editor
6-12 Months TBC
West London / Hybrid
380 - 480 Per Day (Rate to Umbrella)

A leading global media and entertainment brand is seeking an Associate Commissioning Editor to support the development and production of original factual series and specials for both streaming and linear platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with unscripted production or commissioning experience who's ready to build their editorial expertise and grow into a senior commissioning role.

What You'll Do
Support senior editors through all stages of production, from concept to delivery.
Contribute creative ideas and research across genres including adventure, science, history, docudrama and factual.
Provide clear, constructive editorial feedback during development, production and post.
Track budgets, schedules and deliverables to keep projects on time and on scope.
Collaborate with marketing, PR and digital teams to maximise cross-platform opportunities.
Assist with special projects including acquisitions, digital originals and limited series.

What You'll Bring
4+ years' experience in unscripted content (production, commissioning or equivalent).
Strong understanding of both linear and streaming audiences.
Knowledge of production processes, budgeting and scheduling.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor's degree required; commissioning or field production experience preferred.
