Mortgage Advisor

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic, plus uncapped commission OTE £70,000+ pa

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM,

Roles & Responsibilities of the Mortgage Advisor:

• Provide comprehensive mortgage advice to clients, tailored to their individual needs.
• Manage the mortgage application process, from initial consultation monitoring through to completion.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and market trends.
• Work collaboratively with our estate agents to convert leads into successful applications.

Requirements for a Mortgage Advisor:

• CeMAP or CII certificate in Mortgage advice qualified.
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a Mortgage Adviser, must have achieved CAS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
