As a Business & Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly, managing key marketing initiatives, and supporting the delivery of projects and events.

Your responsibilities as a Business & Marketing Co-Ordinator:

  • Coordinate social media and email marketing campaigns.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events, including networking initiatives.
  • Manage diaries, inboxes, and meeting preparation.
  • Maintain CRM systems, marketing databases, and candidate lists.
  • Track invoices, expenses, and assist with basic accounts administration.
  • Conduct market research to support business development and content creation.

Your current experience which will help you as a Business & Marketing Co-Ordinator:

  • Proven experience in marketing coordination, business operations, or executive support.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using tools such as Adobe, Office, Mailchimp (or similar), and social media platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take ownership of projects.
  • Enthusiastic about engineering or the broader STEM industry.

What you can expect as a Business & Marketing Co-Ordinator:

  • Up to £28k per annum, dependant on experience.
  • Company bonus scheme.
