Nigel Frank International have been retained by a rapidly growing manufacturing business and we are seeking a commercially focused FP&A Analyst to support our clients international operations, encompassing our manufacturing facilities in Europe.
This is a key role within our clients Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, providing analytical and strategic support to drive informed decision-making and enhance business performance. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong financial acumen, exceptional analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.

Financial Planning and Budgeting: Support the preparation, consolidation, and maintenance of the annual budget, strategic plans, and rolling forecasts.
Forecasting and Analysis: Conduct financial forecasting and variance analysis, comparing actual results to budgeted and forecasted outcomes, and provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders.
Management Reporting: Develop, maintain, and distribute accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards for leadership teams.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with operational and functional leaders to support strategic and tactical decision-making.
Financial Modelling: Build and maintain robust financial models to support capital investment projects and business planning.
Experience in FP&A or financial analysis, ideally within a multinational or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis (pivot tables, lookups, macros).
Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commercially astute, conscientious, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a flexible environment.
