Salary: £53,820 - £64,(Apply online only)

Shifts: Rotating shifts, Mon-Fri 06:00 - 15:30 and 12:30 - 22:00

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

We are looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join our thriving West Thurrock dealership. This role is ideal for technicians with main dealer experience or skilled HGV technicians with all-round mechanical and diagnostic expertise.

Key Responsibilities of an HGV Technician

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults using computer-aided diagnostics
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and industry standards
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure workshop efficiency and high-quality service

Skills and Qualifications for an HGV Technician

Essential

• Level 3 HGV Technician qualification or equivalent
• Proven HGV experience
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• HGV Class 1 licence
• Experience working to main dealer standards
