SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP / Mechanical & Electrical building services. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical construction and building services. Experience with valuations, variations, cost reporting and final accounts.
