Job Description The UKI Bids & Tender Team forms a critical part of the Baxter Healthcare Commercial Excellence function. We require a dynamic and highly engaged Tender Specialist with experience in producing professional proposal content to support our mission of providing industry leading healthcare products and solutions which Save and Sustain Lives. Responsibilities include identification of tender opportunities, taking ownership of the end to end tender process, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to co-ordinate and prepare high quality tender submissions, and implement resulting contracts. This is a highly networked role that requires a highly organized individual with the ability to work under pressure and to challenging external deadlines. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Identify tender opportunities via FTS, Contracts Finder and other relevant portals Support the EOI, RFI, SQ, RfP and ITT requirements of all UK & Ireland Baxter Healthcare Business Units. Manage the bid qualification (bid/ no bid) process for new opportunities (maintain Boost/SFDC databases to evidence visibility from an audit trail/opportunities) Delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes Ownership of the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation Analysis of scoring mechanisms to ensure the tender has the potential to achieve the maximum score Co-ordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of key stakeholders in accordance with timescales following compliant formatting and quality standards, in conjunction with tender instruction. Champion document management, version control and change control best practices, ensuring document library is continually updated. To be the central point of contact for any queries / clarification during the tender process, including awareness of Terms & Conditions, challenging clauses, warranties, liquidity damages, retention's, management fee's etc. where appropriate Ensure all tender submissions are submitted compliantly and accurately prior to deadline.
