Location: Borough Green, Kent TN15

Hours: 4 on, 4 off 12-hour shifts (12 00 for first 3 months, then 14 00)

Salary: £31,000 per year + bonus

About the Role

Join a busy, fast-paced fresh produce warehouse! We re looking for reliable Warehouse Operatives to play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. You ll be working in a cold storage environment and performing manual handling and heavy lifting as part of your day-to-day duties. This is a permanent role with excellent benefits and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and scan orders accurately
• Load and unload vehicles safely, including heavy lifting
• Operate ride-on pallet trucks (counterbalance forklift training provided)
• Support packhouse and stock administration
• Maintain a safe, tidy warehouse and follow all health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Current or recently expired ride-on pallet truck licence
• Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting
• Comfortable working in a cold storage environment
• Good attention to detail
• Basic IT skills and willingness to train on forklifts
• Previous fresh produce or FMCG warehouse experience is a bonus
