Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 (OTE 35,000 - 40,000)

Our client is a well known commercial and residential property company based in Peterborough, and they are looking for people with a strong background in sales to join their team. Based in the heart of Peterborough, our client is truly a well known and valued brand in their industry.

You will ideally have come from a sales background, and have skills in negotiation, objection handling and closing. It is not essential that you come from a property background and full training will be provided, all you need is a hunger and drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through a variety of methods
• Build rapport with potential sellers and buyers
• Negotiate and handle objections from start to close
• Supply quotations and costings to potential and current clients
• Market services and be a forward thinker in ways to attract new business

About you:

• Come from a B2C or B2B sales background
• Have experience with objection handling
• Have experience with closing deals
• Professional, hungry and humble personability traits
