Personal Assistant SEN Children

We are seeking compassionate, relaible, and dedicated individuals to join our team of agency workers supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Provide support to children with SEN, ensuring safety, comfort and wellbeing
• Assist with daily routing and personal care where required
• Support learning, play, and social activities tailored to each child's needs
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and proefessionals
• Encourage independence and promote inclusion

Requirements:

• Experience working with SEN Children
• Caring patient and empathetic approach
• Strong communicaiotn and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly
