Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring the delivery of timely and accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to drive business growth and long-term profitability.
- Oversee cash flow, funding, and investment activities, working with external partners including banks and investors.
- Provide strategic input into new development projects and business planning.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
About you:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Extensive experience operating at a senior level.
- Proven ability to provide commercial and strategic insight to guide development decisions, manage funding structures, and maximise project returns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information and investment analysis.
- Highly organised and delivery-focused, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
