Electromechanical Site Engineer Nights

Our client is a well-established and professional manufacturing company that is seeking an Electromechanical Site Engineer based in Milton Keynes on a night shift basis.

Summary of theElectromechanical Site Engineer Nights role

Salary: £36,000 - £39,000 plus 35% night shift premium (£48,500 - £52,500)

Location: Milton Keynes

Type of Contract: Permanent

Hours: Shifts 6:00pm - 6:00am

Responsibilities of theElectromechanical Site Engineer Nights

• Maintenance of production equipment.
• Diagnosis of Mechanical/Electrical faults.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
• Liaise with suppliers of production equipment.
• Source spare parts as required.
• Maintain stock levels of critical parts.

Requirements for a successfulElectromechanical Site Engineer Nights

• Equipment maintenance experience in a fast-paced production environment, with a strong Electronics background.
• Strong Mechanical and Electrical knowledge.
• City & Guilds/NVQ or comparable qualification essential.
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS7671) City & Guilds 2382 qualification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic skills.
• Manual dexterity and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks including lifting, carrying, standing, squatting, crawling etc.
• Organisational skills.
• Attention to detail.
