Protection Adviser

Location: Nottingham but a Hybrid role

Salary: Up to £30k basic and £70k OTE

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you a qualified Protection Adviser, who is looking to take their career to the next level and beyond?

Are you doing your own lead generation? Not getting enough leads? Unqualified leads and low conversion? Not earning enough? Poor work/life balance? No career progression?

We are looking for A highly organised individual who can bring their experience into our Protection Advice Team. The successful candidates will need to be able learn and adapt very quickly in order to get up to four appointments per day.

All appointments are booked for you and clients have already agreed to use our service. Core documents including ID, income, bank statements, deposit proofs and a draft fact-find are provided pre-appointment. Our Case Management department support you and your customers throughout the entire protection process.

The successful candidates will need to possess exemplary communications skills, given the cultural and demographical variation of our clients, whilst also having an incredible eye for detail and a "right-first-time" approach.

Key Requirements of the Protection Adviser

  • CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
  • CAS status ideal but not essential
  • Experience of pure protection
  • Unfazed by, and experience of, a fast-paced, deadline-driven and telephone-based working environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • First-class inter-personal, customer handling and influencing skills
  • Expert communicator; both written and verbal
  • Full UK driving license preferred due to regular office attendance required

The Role at a Glance:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Occasional weekend overtime available
