Senior Early Years Educator / Senior Nursery Practitioner
Salary: Up to £33,400 per annum + up to £2,000 performance bonus
Hours: 36 hours (4 days) or 45 hours (5 days) per week

Working Hours
Option 1: 36 hours per week (8am 6pm over 4 days)
Option 2: 45 hours per week (8am 6pm over 5 days)
About the Role
As a Senior Early Years Educator / Senior Nursery Practitioner, you will support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, learning, and development in line with the EYFS framework. You will work closely with senior staff to maintain smooth daily routines and create a safe, inclusive environment where every child thrives.
Key Responsibilities
• Supporting lead educators in planning and delivering EYFS activities
• Creating a positive, stimulating, and safe learning environment
• Observing and recording children s progress and development
• Promoting positive social interactions and emotional well-being
• Building strong relationships with parents and carers
• Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding and early years standards
• Participating in regular meetings, training, and professional development
About You
• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting preferred
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A caring, proactive, and professional approach to childcare
