What you'll be doing:

  • Managing the billing cycle - issuing invoices, tracking progress, resolving issues
  • Supporting credit control by helping reduce overdue balances
  • Setting up new client accounts and making sure everything checks out
  • Reconciling accounts, preparing reports and supporting month-end tasks
  • Raising credit notes, solving billing queries, and keeping records audit-ready
  • Analysing billing trends and working with teams to streamline processes


What you'll bring:

  • A solid background and experience in billing, accounts receivable or similar finance support roles
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable working with numbers, data, and reporting
  • A detail-driven mindset with a clear, methodical approach
  • Clear, confident communication with both colleagues and customers
  • Experience using finance or ERP systems (or a quick learner ready to adapt)
  • A proactive attitude - you spot issues early and act on them
