Introduction

Key Duties

• Pack and label products accurately and efficiently.
• Operate production machinery (after training).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Support quality checks and report any issues.
• Work to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements

• Own transport (essential due to rural site).
• Good level of English (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous production experience is a bonus, but not required.

What We Offer

• 13.50 per hour basic rate.
• 20.25 per hour overtime rate (after 38 hours).
• 27 per hour Sunday rate.
• Monday to Friday, 6am - 4pm (38 hours per week plus overtime).
