Requirements:

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence

• Level 3 Children & Young People s Workforce qualification

• Minimum 1 year as a Senior Residential Care Worker in a children s home

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Compassion, reliability, and flexibility (including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Home Manager in daily operations, compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards

• Lead and develop the care team through supervision and training

• Manage the home in the Manager s absence

• Maintain a safe, homely environment and high care standards

• Liaise with professionals and support care planning
