Requirements:
Full UK Manual Driving Licence
Level 3 Children & Young People s Workforce qualification
Minimum 1 year as a Senior Residential Care Worker in a children s home
Strong leadership and team management skills
Compassion, reliability, and flexibility (including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins)
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in daily operations, compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards
Lead and develop the care team through supervision and training
Manage the home in the Manager s absence
Maintain a safe, homely environment and high care standards
Liaise with professionals and support care planning
