Experience/Skills Required:
3-6 years experience in a similar fresh produce role
Experience in project management and Lean Manufacturing
Demonstrate strategic procurement examples
Educated to degree level
Experience supporting budget planning
Proven experience using MRP/ERP systems
Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Advanced Excel skills
Understands sustainability and ethical sourcing standards
