The immediate focus of this role in the first 12 months will be: Establishing a technical training team of assessors and trainers which delivers competency to the organisation, working alongside external training provision where required. Develop a network of training and learning hubs across the UK operational estate, providing hub locations for training and learning delivery. Ensure training is delivered at the most appropriate location to drive the highest possible level of operational competence. Rationalise the compliance and SHEQ portfolio, ensuring the learning delivery aligns with internal standards and is proactively planned and refreshed.
