We are looking for a bright, friendly and proactive Telesales Executive to join our client s expanding business development team within the financial services sector.
You will need to be able to identify and generate opportunities through a database of existing customers in line with the company sales strategy and deliver exceptional customer service every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and perform outbound sales calls, including lead generation, lead follow-up and sales qualification.
- Maintaining the database ensuring all customer information is up to date and accurate
- Building profitable and enduring relationships with new and existing targeted customer opportunities
- Maintain & prospect the database that supports the wider ambition of the business.
- Achieve allocated sales targets and KPIs
Key skills & Experience:
- Experience of working in a telesales or tele appointment role
- Excellent communication & organisational skills.
- Highly results focused with a winning mindset.
- Ability to interact effectively at multi-levels.
- MS Office skills with a high level of numeracy and Excel skills.
