Job Description

We are looking for a bright, friendly and proactive Telesales Executive to join our client s expanding business development team within the financial services sector.

You will need to be able to identify and generate opportunities through a database of existing customers in line with the company sales strategy and deliver exceptional customer service every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and perform outbound sales calls, including lead generation, lead follow-up and sales qualification.
  • Maintaining the database ensuring all customer information is up to date and accurate
  • Building profitable and enduring relationships with new and existing targeted customer opportunities
  • Maintain & prospect the database that supports the wider ambition of the business.
  • Achieve allocated sales targets and KPIs

Key skills & Experience:

  • Experience of working in a telesales or tele appointment role
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills.
  • Highly results focused with a winning mindset.
  • Ability to interact effectively at multi-levels.
  • MS Office skills with a high level of numeracy and Excel skills.
