Workload varies throughout the year, when conferences, weddings and special events are hosted alongside the day-to-day service of meals for all personnel. The successful candidate will have a minimum of NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery, a passion for food and cookery, be a great team player and able to demonstrate a working knowledge of food law and allergen information. This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week, including some evening and alternate weekends on a rota basis.
