Head Housekeeper - 4 Hotel, Exeter 35k 40hrs per week
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head Housekeeper for this luxury 4 hotel located in Exeter.
This luxury boutique hotel has 60 bedrooms as well as a bistro, bar and spa area.
As the Head Housekeeper, you will be
responsible for housekeeping including management of the team, rotas and stock control
ensuring high standards are maintained and that guests' satisfaction is more than exceeded
hands on - this is a hands on role so you will be involved in the daily housekeeping and not office based

an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor or Head Housekeeper with a 4 hotel background
able to lead, manage and motivate a team
hands on (this is not an office based role)

able to resolve any issues in a logical and practical manner
flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
