Senior Document Controller - Main Contractor

Are you an experienced Senior Document Controller, with a background working for a Main Contractor?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a historic and long standing construction Main Contractor, who are currently on the look out for a Senior Document Controller to join them on a permanent basis out of their office in South Yorkshire. As a Senior Document Controller, you will play a vital role overseeing and managing the design process of construction projects valued between 10 million and 50 million.

What are we looking for?

• MUST HAVE: Prior experience working as a Senior Document Controller for a Main Contractor.
• Good organisational skills
• Accuracy of administration and compliance with company standards
• Understand various portal systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Line Manager / Design Manager
• Support other members of the team to achieve successful project delivery
• Daily compilation, input, and maintenance of Viewpoint (CDE), R Drive, Smart Waste, and Work Wallet
• General office administration duties
