Job Description

Type of booking:
Medium-to-long block booking/adhoc (typically 6-12 weeks) with strong likelihood of extension. Full-time hours available (days and nights).

Description:
We're seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the inpatient teams across leading Circle Health Group hospitals in the Thames Valley region - including The Princess Margaret (Windsor), Circle Reading, The Shelburne (High Wycombe) and The Chiltern (Great Missenden).

You'll be supporting a mix of surgical and medical patients within private hospital wards, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in a calm, well-staffed environment.

Key duties:

Providing pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients

Monitoring vital signs, wound care, and medication administration

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring CQC compliance

Requirements:

NMC registration (RGN)

Minimum 12 months' recent inpatient or surgical ward experience

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
