Accounts Receivable Clerk

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Accounts Receivable Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The role is based in the West Drayton, Middlesex area

Job Description:-

• Ownership of The UK Accounts Receivable ledger, ensuring debtor days are maintained with defined Company KPI monthly range
• Conduct meetings with required team members
• Ensure timely response to Customers queries
• Allocate cash received to customers accounts
• Provide regular reports on outstanding debts and monitor aged debt reports
• Maintain and update query report between Operations and finance Teams
• Maintenance and updating of customer details, including the addition of new customers
