We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people.
Requirements:
Management experience within young people s residential services
RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
Excellent working knowledge of Children s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children s Act 2010
Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
